Volar Records (motto: "community, not competition") is one of the best labels in the country right now. Case in point: their latest box set release. Strange Mutations Vol.2 features new tracks from Cosmonauts, LENZ, Teenage Burritos and Fine Steps. The four tracks made available on soundcloud are solid as hell. Definitely worth the twenty-spot.
